Prevent lead update

Part of your valuable role as a prevent lead is to ensure that all staff, students and volunteers have the appropriate information, knowledge and skills to undertake their responsibilities under the prevent duty.

It has recently come to our attention that there may be gaps in practitioners’ knowledge and training that needs to be addressed to ensure these responsibilities are met. As you're already aware, Ofsted may ask questions regarding this at your inspections.
