Book a bulky household waste collection

We provide the bulky waste services to you subject to our terms and conditions. To book a collection and once you’ve read our terms and conditions, please call our Customer Services team on 01202 123 123.

You will have to pay the full balance when you book your collection. Please have your debit or credit card ready.

You can book either:

  • an early slot between 7:30am and 10:30am Tuesday to Friday (excluding bank holidays in England and Wales)
  • a late slot between 11am and 2pm Tuesday to Friday (excluding bank holidays in England & Wales).

What to do on collection day

Your items must be left outside your property during the agreed collection time slot on the day of collection.

Please make sure all items to be collected are:

  • empty
  • clean
  • dry
  • accessible
  • freestanding
  • dismantled if necessary.

We will not be able to collect them otherwise.

We will give you a receipt for the collection of items which proves that you have exercised your duty of care.

If we cannot take items because they are different to how you described them or we cannot access them, we will not provide a refund.

If you need to cancel a booked collection, we can only give you a full refund if you cancel two working days before your collection date.
