You can pay your housing benefit overpayment by Direct Debit, online or by phone.

Pay by Direct Debit

Setting up a Direct Debit is the safest and most convenient way for you to pay your business rates and can be cancelled at any time by contacting your bank or building society.

Bournemouth

Payments via Direct Debit can be made on either the 1st or the 15th of each month.

Completed forms should be returned by email, alternatively you can call us to arrange payment by direct debit.

Christchurch

Christchurch residents are currently unable to pay their housing benefit overpayment invoices by direct debit, please use the below information.
