Support for carers of someone with a mental health condition

Help for carers

There is no right or wrong way to support someone with a mental health problem.

Mind have produced a guide to helping someone else get the support they need, which includes information for if the person you care for has not been diagnosed.

It can help both you and the person you care for, to understand their diagnosis as it can help you to appreciate how it affects them.

Mind have produced information and guidance about specific mental health problems and how you can give support.
