• talk to you on the phone or meet with you
• agree a care and support plan with you
• work out how much the care and support will cost
• work out how much, if anything, you will pay towards it

If you need care and support but you have money, property and investments that are worth more than £23,250, we’ll:

• talk to you on the phone or meet with you
• agree a care and support plan with you
• work out how much the care and support will cost, which you will pay for
